Getting Started with the Victor Reader Classic X Plus

Battery Information:

Please charge this machine before initial use. Power cord jack is located on the back left hand side of the machine.

Type of Battery:

Internal, rechargeable battery. If you are having a battery issue you should call RFB&D.

Battery Charger Time:

4 hours

Battery Charge Life:

5-7 hours of play time

Power on Machine:

Press and hold the round Power Button located to the right of the number pad until you hear 1 beep.

Key Describer Feature:

This will allow you to hear the functions of the various keys on the machine. The Key describer feature is automatically enabled when there is no CD in the player.

Inserting a CD:

Insert a CD, label side up, in the CD-ROM slot located on the front of the unit. Gently push the CD forward. A motorized mechanism will automatically pull the CD into the player.
