Our mission is to create opportunities for individual success by providing,  and promoting the effective use of, accessible educational materials.   Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic’s vision is for all people to have

equal access to the printed word.

About The Arizona Unit of RFB&D
For over 50 years, the Arizona Unit (part of the Southwest Region) has been providing access to educational materials for individuals who are blind, visually impaired, or who have learning disabilities such as dyslexia and are unable to process the written word.  Our volunteers produce hundreds of audio textbooks every year.

RFB&D's Arizona recording studios are hosting families and supporters of our military during a special donor-supported "Tributes for Troops" project. Guests can record supportive and appreciative messages that will be professionally produced and duplicated on CDs to be delivered overseas to an active member of our armed forces or given to a veteran. Membership in RFB&D
There are two kinds of membership in our Learning Through Listening® Program: individual memberships for students, and institutional memberships for schools and school districts.  Our members have access to recorded textbooks on CD with built-in navigation.  Educators can also access research services and training in how to use our materials most effectively. Register online today!
