Become a Member

RFB&D offers two types of memberships. Institutions can download the appropriate form here, and individuals here. You may also register online.

The Inland Empire/Orange County Outreach Department serves the following Southern California counties: Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino, the five cities of Claremont, Diamond Bar, La Verne, Pomona and Walnut in Los Angeles County, and the city of Oceanside in San Diego County. Membership Eligibility

1. Download the appropriate application, print it out, complete it, and mail it in to us. You may also register online

2. Contact our outreach department at (909) 949-4316, Ext. 107. We can mail, e-mail, or fax you the application.
   

3. E-mail our outreach department, away@rfbd.org, with a request for an application. We will mail, e-mail, or fax one to you.
