Attention Teachers!Teachers, do you want to find ways to fund needed supplies for your class? Find out more about a great resource exclusively for educators and devoted to helping teachers fund back to school needs. |
Hello,
my name is Tina A. Winchip and I am the new State Director for RFB&D
in South Carolina. My husband, Chris, and our two daughters live in Blythewood,
SC.
I am a graduate of Winthrop University and settled in the Columbia area after graduation with my husband. Chris is a Columbia native and graduate of Richland Northeast and Winthrop. He owns his own commercial landscaping business. Our daughters are Libby, age 8, and Charlotte, age 4. Libby is the reason I became involved with RFB&D as a volunteer about a year ago. Libby was diagnosed with a processing disorder and a slight case of dyslexia in first grade. We signed her up for RFB&D audiobooks and her grades have turned around due to this wonderful program and the continued support from her dedicated teachers.
My background has been in the financial industry since 1997 as well as voluntering with several non-profit organizations. I look forward to serving the State of South Carolina and its students by being a part of an organization I hold dear to my heart.
Sincerely,
Tina Winchip
