In response to our growing membership and the popularity of AudioAccessSM, which facilitates the downloading of books from our library, we are delighted to inform you that RFB&D® is moving to a 24/7 member services and support environment. The change RFB&D is implementing over the next several months provides instant access to RFB&D products and member services.
These services are available nationally, 24 hours a day/7 days a week with constant updating provided by our national headquarters to ensure all information is accurate and timely. The help you need is no longer dependent on the availability of a local point of contact. It's now available through both our toll-free number (800-221-4792) and our fully interactive website (www.rfbd.org). Please begin using these access points immediately, as your local contact phone number may no longer be in service.
