Through Listening® Educational Outreach Program
South Texas Plains
In South Texas Plains, the Educational Outreach program is funded
by the Ford Salute to Education Fund and the Genevieve McDavitt
Orsinger Foundation.
The following Counties receive services through the South Texas
Plains region:

RFB&D Learning Through Listening® Institutional Memberships
are usually purchased by each school or school district. The Texas
Unit does apply for a number of grants to help offset the cost
of providing equipment, membership and training for schools. RFB&D
volunteers also raise money during Record-A-Thon to sponsor memberships
for area schools.
