RFB&D’s Learning Through Listening^® Educational Outreach Program

The program provides information to individuals, schools and teachers about our services and how best to utilize our resources.

The Educational Outreach Program is designed to provide a personal contact in each county of The Southwest Region. Ginger Dillard Cleveland is our Regional Outreach Director and there are twelve Regional Coordinators.

How To Become a Member
