Receiving Our ServicesRFB&Ds Learning Through Listening® Educational Outreach ProgramThe program provides information to individuals, schools and teachers about our services and how best to utilize our resources. The Educational Outreach Program is designed to provide a personal contact in each county of The Southwest Region. Ginger Dillard Cleveland is our Regional Outreach Director and there are twelve Regional Coordinators. Click your state to view a list of institutions or schools that have memberships with us. Click on your region below to find information on contacting your Regional Coordinator and on schools in your area.
