Volunteer Opportunities at the Unit

RFB&D is a volunteer driven nonprofit organization. Volunteers do most all tasks completed at the unit. Volunteers are needed for reading, directing, master checking and bookmarking in the studio. Especially needed are individuals who have a background in science, mathematics, law and other technical areas and wish to read textbooks. Volunteers are also needed to help with Educational Outreach to local schools and to serve on fundraising and special events committees.

Volunteer orientation is a 45-minute introductory session that all new volunteers are asked to attend on their first visit. This session provides you with a studio tour and more information on RFB&D and our mission. You will then be able to select how you would like to volunteer and schedule your time.
