Q: Is the site accessible?

A: RFB&D makes every effort to ensure that our site is accessible to people who require screenreaders or other adaptive equipment. We provide additional information to help facilitate accessible navigation by labeling input fields and images, and avoid the use of inaccessible items to format or display on our pages.

RFB&D is committed to providing information in accessible formats. This website has been designed to be accessible for users requiring assistive technology. It complies with level 1 of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Access Initiative Guidelines and Recommendations as well as US Section 508 Standards.

Q: Which Internet browsers are supported by the RFB&D online catalog and ordering center?

A: Any browser that supports Active Server Pages (.asp) and the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) XSL and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) specifications should work with our online center. The major browsers such as Netscape and Internet Explorer have had support for these items in versions over the last two or three years. Some other browsers like Mozilla are building support for this functionality. The Opera browser is not currently supported by our system, as explained on their website.

Q: I selected not to receive e-mail when I registered. Why am I still receiving e-mail from RFB&D?

A: Currently, if you have selected "No e-mail," you should not be receiving e-mail messages from the online catalog and ordering center. There is one exception: during the account creation process, e-mails are sent to members with an activation code for their account. This code is required to complete the account creation process. Without it, members cannot sign in to the online center.

Please be aware that if you choose not to receive e-mail messages, you will not receive e-mail confirmations of your online transactions.
