A Note to Institutions Located Outside the U.S.: Currently, RFB&D cannot register schools and other institutions that do not have a U.S. address. A U.S. address includes schools that are in the 50 states, U.S. embassies or military addresses in foreign countries, and addresses from U.S. territories.
