Message
from the Interim Regional Executive Director: Perspectives. The
word has many different meanings, but one definition reads "the facts
known to one in having a meaningful interrelationship." For each individual
involved with RFB&D, whether it be the member, the volunteer, the donor,
the board member or the employee, we strive to make their perspective one
that finds RFB&D to be on mission and clearly working toward our vision
