Nancy
Arce is an RFB&D Southern California Board Member Emerita whose 30-plus
years of involvement go above and beyond any normal expectation. Her motto,
"Expect a Miracle!" is continually demonstrated by her years of
successful fundraising, major studio relocations, and tireless recruiting.
In fact, her powers of persuasion are so great that one of Nancy's sons
flew in from Hawaii for this year's 17th Annual Art Event in Claremont,
California!
Nancy was recently awarded the Rose Kelber Outstanding Volunteer Award,
recognizing her devotion to the nonprofit that she holds so close to her
heart. Over the years, Nancy has created, organized and successfully managed
two premier annual fund-raising events for RFB&D Southern California.
She was Board Chair for two separate three-year terms, and has donated thousands
of hours raising funds and awareness for RFB&D. Not content to take
the Emerita designation as a sign of slowing down, Nancy continues to be
a force of nature on RFB&D's Southern California Board of Directors.
The Western Region considers itself lucky to have this "miracle worker"
as one of its closest friends and allies.
